Hi to all
This Friday we will be at the Embankment Athletic track on Bishops Road for another youth coaching session. For those who want to take part in a rollers session, this will be an ideal chance to learn a new skill, or improve an existing one. They offer one of the easiest ways for youngsters to develop their skills, and they can be quickly set up and used at home.
Otherwise there will be a group riding outside on the grass practicing their Cyclocross skills.
PLEASE NOTE: The adjoining Regional Pool car park is free in the evenings, and parents are expected to use this. If you require access to the track please let me know.
