Family ride from the Embankment Athletic Track to Nene Park for a stop at the Fish & Chip van. Route goes along the cycleways either side of the river. Surface suitable for any bike, although may not be all tarmac. All welcome with free parking if required in the regional pool car park. Likely to return around 8:15. Road ride to see the Flying Scotsman over the Harringworth viaduct. Leaving Helpston crossroads at 08:30 with the option of organised 7 or 37 miles rides from Harringworth with a summer fete in Harringworth, as well as Spokes Cafe being open. Out via Ferry Meadows, Hemington, Old Weston, Brington, Catworth, back via Spaldwick, Buckworth, Hamerton, Great Gidding and Bullock Road

10 am: Ailsworth - The Coffee House (30 miles) - Birgit Scott Leading
A nice ride via Barholm, Barnack and Upton to Ailsworth, returning via Marholm and Maxey.
